Meet The Founder & CEO

Ikshwaku Sharma is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in consulting and learning and development, working with prominent public and private sector clients in India and the USA. He has consistently been recognized as a top performer while working at KPMG, Ernst & Young, Booz Allen Hamilton and Infosys. He has completed his MBA from Georgetown University as a Connelly fellow (awarded to only 2% of students annually).

As the Founder of Rescript Consultancy, he has established himself as a leading trainer, specializing in leadership and business development. He is a certified New Code and Classic Code Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) business coach, having received training from John Grinder, the co-creator of New Code and Classic Code NLP. Drawing upon his expertise in NLP and experiences from consulting, he has developed the unique and impactful content for programs such as ‘Igniting Leadership Excellence’, ‘An Olympian Mindset’ and ‘Designing You’ to bring transformation in participants.

Navyug Mohnot (Senior Advisor)

Navyug Mohnot is the CEO of QAI, a trans-national Process Improvement consulting organisation, and the Founder and CEO of QGLUE, a consulting, coaching, and training company helping enterprises and individuals to adopt and embrace the ‘design-led way’ to foster innovation and success. A certified Leadership Coach from Harvard University, Navyug has spoken at several conferences worldwide, including a TEDx talk on “Manifesting Desires and Embracing Contradictions.” He is also a Stanford-trained “Designing Your Life” (DYL) Coach, Facilitator, and Educator for Universities, and brought the renowned program to India for the first time as Visiting Faculty at Ashoka University. Navyug did his B.Tech from IIT Delhi and is the recipient of the “Outstanding Contribution to National Development” award from the IIT Delhi Alumni Association. He is actively involved with TiE and NASSCOM, having co-chaired TiECon 2015, Asia's largest gathering of entrepreneurs.

Amanda Harcus

Amanda has a post graduate degree in HRM and an MSc in organisational development and change, she is a fellow member of CIPD and is a volunteer mentors for HR students. An experienced HR and OD director, Amanda is currently the Deputy Chief People Officer People at East and North Herts NHS trust, with 6,500 staff across 4 sites.

An experienced and trusted senior board level director across People and OD services, known for being straight forward, supportive and honest. Amanda is someone who encourages, challenges and enables organisation and individual change and sets people up for success. Able to create experiential learning experiences in a way that connects the head and heart, leading individuals to explore, learn and experiment with change for individual progress and development.

Dorota Cagiel

We have partnered with Dorota Cagiel to serve Indian clients by delivering workshops and coaching sessions.

Dorota Cagiel has over 30 years of experience in international corporations, including FMCG and consulting, She specializes in empowering leaders to cultivate authenticity, a crucial trait for effectively leading diverse teams in today's world. Her background includes top executive leadership positions in HR, where she gained expensive knowledge and experience. She offers online and offline consultations, and coaching sessions to help leaders shape the future.

Aleks Trpkovska

Aleks Trpkovska is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital, operations, pricing and analytics. She is currently the Global Head of Pricing and Analytics at Russell Reynolds Associates. Aleks’ career started in Management Consulting at PwC, as a part of the People and Organization team, with a focus on Change Management and Communications. Aleks had multiple rotations while at PwC, including as a member of the Talent Management Team where she had an opportunity to guide and coach people.

Aleks appreciates that problem solving methodology for systems, profitability, scenario analysis and teams all that have one thing in common: a diagnostic step to determine the underlying issue and an action plan with alignment among key stakeholders.
